Hey everyone, I have a question!
I’ve had a few people ask me about how watermelon affects blood sugar levels, and honestly I’m not 100% sure how to explain it clearly.
I know watermelon is naturally sweet and hydrating, but how does it really impact blood sugar in the body?
If anyone here has insight or experience with this — I’d love to hear your thoughts so I can better understand (and explain it to others too!).
