🌙 Overnight Oat & Chia Pudding 🍍🥭🥥🫐
with Mango Sauce, Tropical Fruits & Coconut Flakes
🥣 Base (Overnight Oats & Chia)
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1–2 tbsp chia seeds
  • ¾ cup plant milk (or water, as preferred)
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter 🥜
  • 1–2 tsp agave syrup (to taste)
  • A splash of coconut cream 🥥
  • A pinch of cinnamon
  • A drop of vanilla
Method:
Mix everything well in a bowl or jar until creamy and combined.
Cover and place in the fridge overnight (or at least 4 hours).
🥭 Mango Sauce
  • 1 ripe mango
  • A splash of water or plant milk (optional, for blending)
Method:
Blend mango until smooth and saucy. Keep it fresh and simple ✨
🫐 Fruit Topping
  • Blueberries
  • Mango chunks
  • Pineapple
  • Banana slices
🌴 To Finish
  • Coconut flakes (sprinkled on top)
🌺 Assembly
  1. Spoon the overnight oat & chia pudding into a bowl or jar
  2. Add a generous layer of mango sauce
  3. Top with fresh fruits
  4. Finish with coconut flakes
  5. Optional: extra drizzle of agave or a little more peanut butter if desired
