🥣 Base (Overnight Oats & Chia)
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1–2 tbsp chia seeds
- ¾ cup plant milk (or water, as preferred)
- 1 tbsp peanut butter 🥜
- 1–2 tsp agave syrup (to taste)
- A splash of coconut cream 🥥
- A pinch of cinnamon
- A drop of vanilla
Method:
Mix everything well in a bowl or jar until creamy and combined.
Cover and place in the fridge overnight (or at least 4 hours).
🥭 Mango Sauce
- 1 ripe mango
- A splash of water or plant milk (optional, for blending)
Method:
Blend mango until smooth and saucy. Keep it fresh and simple ✨
🫐 Fruit Topping
- Blueberries
- Mango chunks
- Pineapple
- Banana slices
🌴 To Finish
- Coconut flakes (sprinkled on top)
🌺 Assembly
- Spoon the overnight oat & chia pudding into a bowl or jar
- Add a generous layer of mango sauce
- Top with fresh fruits
- Finish with coconut flakes
- Optional: extra drizzle of agave or a little more peanut butter if desired
