Drinking pure celery juice on an empty stomach helps:
💧 Flush out toxins and acids from the digestive tract
⚡ Rehydrate and awaken your cells
🌬️ Calm inflammation and support the liver
🌿 Strengthen digestion and bile production (perfect before your first fruit or juice)
✨ How to drink it:
- Juice only celery, no lemon or apple.
- Drink it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
- Wait at least 20–30 minutes before having anything else, ideally a fresh juice or fruit meal.
