Eyes
Yo does anyone have any experience or knowledge about healing eyes ? I have a lot of prescription/diopters and i wonder if something can help, I know Oscar Patel was talking about also lowering his diopters to lower number and is it okay to wear contact lenses because i think you have to put some fake tears or some shit like that if you get irritated/have dry eyes from it.
