Not because they gave up before the system actually kicked in, not because they found it all too hard, but because the plan, they decided to use the first, 2nd and 3rd time simply were not suitable. That’s correct, and as simple as it may sound, the facts are that you were always going to fail.
Planning, diversity, strategies, targets and structure towards your personal needs weren’t considered. Many of the programs you take on through online apps, influencers and inexperienced trainers are nothing more than a pathway to failure.
The simple considerations, such as your physical state at the time, mental awareness, motivational level, commitments in time and understanding what best suits you are not… I repeat are not considered. Yes, they may offer the world at an amazing price, which puts a smile on your face, but that’s all you get. Without knowing you and listening to you, things will go wrong; that’s the law within all logic.
As a retired elite master Physical Training Instructor with the armed forces, I have trained service personnel at all levels and for all requirements, be that self-improvement, mental and physical support, exercise performance and adjustments, overseas deployment, rehabilitation and return to work, along with the day-to-day personal requirements for service duty.
NOW… add to these another twenty years in corrective exercise and weight loss/personal training with the everyday exerciser through to athlete level and open competitors in body sculpting, figure, modal, beach and fitness physique and men and women’s bodybuilding. I have learned the many riches of success.
I take “NO or “CAN’T” as a reason to stop.
I will design and drive your personal motivation levels to heights you never thought possible through one form of training that has taken the world by storm, and luckily, only a handful of training coaches have the skill to share this with you. These coaches did it the hard way, walked the road to achievements and did or do teach this today in the armed forces.
“NO” the everyday PT coach, online coach or influencers would not know the programs used because this is not taught to anyone other than elite armed force Physical Training Instructors.
I, however, have these skills and have been using them for years with clients to bring the best out of their training and results. This is what I am bringing to the table, and trust me when I say this, get on board because the ride is wild, the result astounding, and the educational experience will open your mind to a new world.

This is the total package. Weight loss by the kilos, mental improvement daily, physical development never experienced and social confidence. If you can, after reading this, say “it’s all good” “, I can do it my way”, good luck with that, and that’s probably the reason you are the same person today as you were 6 months – 12 months and even 2 years ago or more.
