This is my first mastermind style community and Michael and Cash Flow Ranger have delivered beyond my expectations. My goal was to get some consolidated education on alternative investing that could accelerate my learning beyond what I could self provision plus be in the room with likeminded individuals on the same path or a few steps ahead. I'm leaving each session with actionable next steps. I expect by the end of year one I will have more than recouped the investment, fully recommend.

Cash Flow Ranger is unlike other courses I've looked into, and in a GREAT way! So many other "courses" talk about different paths toward financial freedom, but don't explain the "how" behind it. Or if they do, you have to pay extra. It's the opposite with Cash Flow Ranger. Michael is approachable and actually has first-hand experience with what he's teaching. The community is relatable and most of us are on the same journey (W2 earners trying to get some freedom).

I’ve been a part of other financial freedom masterminds in the past, but none are able to articulately help me understand MY specific situation; and what that path to independence and freedom looks like. This is not a one size fits all journey, and Michael takes dedicated time to make sure we all know our path.

Cash Flow Ranger is meeting a need in market that no one else is tackling and Michael is doing it in such a cool way! Great group with not just theory but action and opportunity as well. I’d definitely recommend it!

It has been a great experience in this group so far. Getting to connect with others in a similar stage of life, learning about investing, and an all around great course to learn practical steps of investing for freedom. 5 stars!
