Joining the RAMP community is arguably the best decision I’ve made as a head coach. The group includes such a wide range of active and former coaches who support you and your journey in so many ways both on the court and off it. Hearing what works and what doesn’t work from people who are going through or have been through what you’re going through, is the greatest thing a coach can have in his corner. I’ve never felt more prepared for an upcoming season as I do right now.
