What it is: tool for comping

How I use it: I personally use this as a secondary comping tool. It does give you ARV and AS-IS prices that most of the time are pretty good, but you cannot rely on it, you definitely want to know how to comp yourself.

The thing I like about it is it pulls pictures from the Internet all in one spot and it does give good insights with the AI and has a good layout of all the data.
