The Foundation: Our Partnership Covenant

Our Purpose

This agreement establishes a partnership between Radical TV Market ("The Platform"), the undersigned Parent/Guardian ("The Guide"), and the participating Youth ("The Founder").

Our collective purpose is to provide a real-world, guided environment for experiential learning in digital business, ethics, and financial literacy. This partnership is built on a shared confidence: that by working together with clear structure and mutual support, we can achieve more than we can alone.

1. Partnership Roles & Expectations

The Platform’s Commitment:

To provide a structured, stage-based curriculum and a safe community for experimentation.
To offer guided support focused on real-world application.
To ensure transparency in all operations and community finances.

The Guide’s (Parent/Guardian) Commitment:

To provide encouragement and a supportive home environment for the learning process.
To engage with progress updates and community communications.

The Founder’s (Youth) Commitment:

To actively and consistently participate in the curriculum and community.
To approach challenges with curiosity, effort, and integrity.
To uphold community values of respect and collaboration.

2. The Learning Journey

The partnership progresses through three clear stages:

Onboarding & Discovery
Build & Launch
Operate & Learn

A detailed curriculum roadmap for these stages will be provided upon enrollment.

3. Financial Partnership

Founding Circle Investment: The total value of the lifetime Founding Circle membership is $249. Flexible payment options are available to ensure access.
Mission-Sustaining Profit Share: A percentage of net profits from community marketplace activities is shared with the Platform. This directly fuels its capacity to provide intensive education and expand opportunities for all members.
Transparency: Monthly sales and profit reports for shared ventures will be provided to all partners.

4. Mutual Commitment & Continuation

This partnership is based on active participation. The Platform is designed for families committed to the learning process. If, after supportive consultation, a Founder is unable to maintain the participation standards, we may jointly conclude the active partnership. The Founder’s lifetime membership and access to core resources remain intact.
