The Power of No
I want to thank Julia for this Community. It is very helpful to have the support of this group and its resources. My biggest roadblock has been the lack of support from my husband. He gets mad when I won’t let him pressure me into eating poorly. I have finally found my power. He has learned that when I say no, I mean no. I’m prepping meals so I always have good food to eat (no easy outs). I now make extra, because he is also eating it. 😊 We had our weekly movie theater date yesterday and he didn’t order a hot dog (he usually buys one and then makes me feel guilty that I won’t eat half). Since doing this I have been losing weight, I feel good and can keep up with my grandchildren - I’m 63. It has also kept me off prescription medications.

What I Eat in A Day
In this video I not only share what I eat but also about my experience of living alone. Even though these What I Eat in a Day videos are quite repetitive, I believe they can be so helpful to get inpiration. At the same time I think it's super important we always listen to what excites us the most when it comes to making healthy food choices. Healthy eating can be soooo fun and delish!
