Yay!! 🥳
Good morning, lovely ladies! I know that there’s not a lot happening in this group right now, but that’s going to change quickly. It’s been so wonderful. Getting to know all of you on the one-on-one calls.
If you don’t mind, please post a little bit about yourself and your top goals in this season.
Keep in mind that we are focusing on being versus doing. I don’t want this to be another thing on your to-do list. I want this to be a place of rest, a place to remember who you are.
Yes, we do have things we want to get done like changing our bodies, our mindset, and achieving the things in our lives that we know will make us become fully alive… but let’s do it from a place of rest.
I’ll be posting videos that I record here, but I’ll also share other content from creators that I think you may benefit from.
