Steve Jobs was born on February 24, 1955 and died on October 5, 2011. Steve Jobs was an inventor, designer, entrepreneur and the cofounder, CEO, and chairman of Apple Inc. Steve Jobs was raised by an adoptive family when his University of Wisconsin graduate student parents gave him up. Jobs picked up a job at HP where he met his cofounder Steve Wozniak, who was at UC Berkeley at the time, and improved his technical skills. Steve Jobs did not have a direction which led him to drop out of college despite his smarts which led him to experiment and try out different hobbies before confounding Apple with Steve Wozniak in 1976. Jobs later left the company in 1985, made Pixar Animation Studios and then returned to Apple in the 1990s. Apple continued growing and growing from its origins in a garage to become the monolith of a company that we know of today. Apple’s technology has shaped society as we know it from the iPad to the iPod to the iPhone to every other iDevice. Jobs died in 2011 due to pancreatic cancer.

Steve Jobs’s quote explains that people who think that they can change the world are the ones who will end up doing so. If you don’t believe that you have the capabilities to change your future, or even just your world (your community, family, school, etc.). Steve Jobs didn’t know where to go in his life, but he knew that he could do something amazing with his life to change the world. Most importantly, he accomplished his goals through his life and changed the world in such an amazing way. Keep this in mind when you are worried about the future, as long as you believe you can make a difference, you will be great!

Chrono Trigger is a roleplaying video game which was published by Square Enix on the Super Nintendo Entertainment System in 1995. The game follows a group of adventurers who travel through time to prevent global catastrophes. The game was well received and commercially successful with revolutionary innovations like multiple ending, plot related side quests that developed characters, and some of the best pixel graphics (and some incredible art done by Dragon Ball creator Akira Toriyama) that compliments the game’s unique battle system. The game takes place in an alternate timeline where the main cast travels through time to battle, gain friends, allies, magic and items. The game takes place from 65,000,000 B.C. to 2300 A.D. and eventually the end of time itself. The party gets a machine to time travel known as the “Wings of Time” and later “Epoch”.

Magus is a dark mage waging war against the Kingdom of Guardia in 600 A.D.. Magus’s quote, especially in the context of the game, explains how he approaches changes to life. Magus knows that the world can not stay the same, whether he changes it or someone else does. Regardless of if the world is to be saved or destroyed, Magus plans to keep on living his life. Similarly, if his life is threatened to come to an end, he will continue to laugh and live life. The next time your world changes around, remember that life will continue on and you need to keep living it.
