JSHS or State Science Fair -> ISEF

Hi! I'm a high school junior and I was wondering if it would be better for me to compete in Junior Science and Humanities Symposium or in my ISEF affliated state science fair this year. I already have my science fair idea and I'm in the process of researching and finalizing the experiment, but would it be more impressive or be substaintially advantageous for me to pick one over the other?

I'd greatly appreciate any feedback and help!
