how can I ensure as a transfer student that i will get accepted to the coleges

so I'm transfer student and currently studying in USA high school via program as an exchange student.

so I'm thinking to go to the colleges like university of Florida, university of Miami or something like that and I'm not sure is that I will accepted to this colleges I want to get with full paid scholarships ( I finished 3 years of art school and after this program will attend the last year of art school) can you help me to figure out the financial aid that can be available for me

( I'm going to take ACT test after 6 moths and will apply for colleges next year (2025) in november as an early applicant) I'm applying for architecture
