HELP!!

I am an Indian 9th grader and am extremely interested in pursuing my studies abroad. I am from a middle class family and don't have the resources like college counsellors, IB curriculum etc.

But I am achieving everything I can from Olympiads , to merit based internships at TATA TIFR to IISC, Bangalore. I have started quite a number of self initiated research projects not because of college applications but because every since I was little I loved science. I am also the international WWF quiz qualifier from India, VVm state topper.

If you can help me by answering some of my queries please do:

SATs and ACTs are soo expensive! Any merit based scholarships? I checked with college board but my financial status is not eligible for the scholarship..

Is there any scholarship to any of the IB schools I can appear for during my highschool sophomore or junior year?

What are some of the recommended high school internships, summer programs that are free for international students( Indians )?

I am really keen on helping stray animals in India by initiating a Non profit..does anyone have any tips on how to start one online for free?

Is there any way I can attend AP classes by a scholarship?
