Hello! My name is Laina Phillips, and I have been working with a friend named Tayler Williams on starting up a non-profit for women in STEM called CodeHerStory. We started this as a passion project at school, but we are looking to expand our audience to not just those we know locally, just one milestone to making this a real non-profit. Building a network is very important to us, and we are very eager to get this non-profit started!! It is an active journey, and we are happy to have anyone follow the journey with us! Additionally, if you are interested in leadership opportunities (because we are also in need of team members), please fill out this survey!

In the future, there will be research opportunities as well as we expand our mission. Designing books for kids, managing social media accounts, making blogs about teaching different science topics and more! We hope to one day host events and open chapters around the world working towards our mission of a fellow community in STEM.
