advice for biotech/neuroscience/biology clubs in high school

Hi everyone,

I am a high school sophomore interested in biology, neuroscience, and biotech. I would love to start a club in one of these areas, but I would like the club to be more hands-on (ie. guest speakers, real experiences) rather than academic (ie. bio olympiad). Does anyone have any ideas on what clubs I could think about starting? Any advice is appreciated, thank you so much! 😊
