Today's topic: Choose Your Execution Pace
- On Day 1, you did a rough review of your week - today, you will create your timesheet according to your Non-negotiables and Constraints (Day 2), and blocking off 45-90 mins of focused work.
- You will have access to your 90 Day Tracker to keep track of your progress during this journey.
- A quick questionnaire to help you decide your ideal length of work time for this course, so you don't over/under promise and risk fatigue or stagnation.
