👩🏼‍💻 Why? Most people in here have been complaining about how hot it's getting, and they are already fed up with the heat. It's not even summer yet.😆

😍 So you can use the phrasal verb to COOL DOWN when you are talking about decreasing the temperature, for example: Many people told me they cannot wait until the weather cools down a little.

😍 But there is one more way to use it. When we talk about controlling emotions, when we get mad, have an argument with someone, the person might use the phrasal verb to COOL DOWN to tell us to "relax" a bit. For example: You need to cool down a little before talking to her again.
