1. The Pause Test Before you respond to anything today…Pause.Count to 3.Ask yourself: “Does this even matter in 24 hours?”If the answer is no… act accordingly.
2. Selective Silence Challenge
Somebody says something slick?Instead of reacting…👉🏾 Smile.👉🏾 Nod.👉🏾 Move on.
Watch how confused people get when they can’t pull you into drama.
3. Energy Audit👑👑 Pay attention to what tries to disturb your peace today:
  • A person
  • A situation
  • A thought
Now ask yourself:“Why did I even let that in?”
4. Walk Like You KnowMove differently today.Calm.Unrushed.Unshaken.
Like you already know everything is working out for you… because it is..
