Depression is a pit dug by self-depreciation. I should know, I've been there enough times.
Remember that whatever you're doing, it is enough. As long as you are doing stuff, you're making a meaningful contribution. If you're not doing stuff, it'll be because you're getting overwhelmed, or anxious, or failing to believe that anything you do makes a difference.
💎 Be careful of your self-speak, and give yourself some credit for showing up!
💎 Be there for people, in whatever capacity you can.
💎 Write something on social media that will make a difference to how someone feels.
💎 Congratulate someone on what they showed up for.
Be supportive, collaborative and innovative in your own right... that'll leave no room for depression.
Quantum mechanics allows you to slip into another state/phase/position without even knowing that you've done so. That's why thought matters so much - it literally places us where we are in spacetime!
