Terms and License
No refunds.
Every tier gives immediate access to intellectual property: system prompts, automation blueprints, source code and client-facing documents. Once accessed it cannot be returned.
All payments are final, including part-months on cancellation. Cancel any time and your access runs to the end of the paid period.
License. Standard and Premium materials are for your own use and your own client work. VIP members may sell finished builds to end clients under their own brand.
No member may resell, redistribute, republish or share the underlying assets, including templates, prompts, blueprints, scripts, source code and documents, with any third party. We will sue you if you try!
Duration. VIP rights run for the length of an active Partner membership. On cancellation you may continue operating and supporting existing client builds. You may not create new builds from the assets.
Breach. Sharing or reselling assets ends your membership immediately with no refund.
