From that place, change becomes natural instead of forced.

EXERCISE: THE OBSERVER WITHIN
Take a quiet moment and sit with yourself.
Close your eyes and take three slow breaths.
When a thought appears, simply say:
“This is a thought, not who I am.”
When a feeling arises, gently say:
“This is a feeling, not who I am.”
Then ask yourself:
Who is the one noticing this?
Stay there.
In the silence behind the noise.
In the awareness behind the mind.
That is where your deeper self lives ✨
