My biggest mistake: Trying to build a business without a blueprint

I see so many people here (myself included, a few months ago) trying to piece together a business by gluing together random tips from Reddit, Discord, and TikTok.

It’s messy. It’s stressful. And it rarely works.

I recently connected with a mentor who showed me how to stop "fixing" everything and start focusing on the only 3 things that actually generate revenue. It sounds simple, but it’s been the biggest unlock for my store.

The question: How much time do you lose in a week trying to "figure it out" versus actually executing on a plan?
