Jesus + Christmas = Needs
He chose helpless on purpose
Jesus didn’t just arrive as a baby.
He chose dependence.
He needed to be held.
He needed to be fed.
He needed to be protected.
That tells us something important:
God is not impressed by self-sufficiency.
He is drawn to need.
If Jesus was willing to enter the world needing help, then our need is not a problem to fix.
It’s a place God loves to meet us.
This morning I am choosing to be needy with God.
