All these laters start to take a toll on your mental bandwidth. It's like having a hundred tabs open on your web browser, it starts to bog down your system.
You don't have to do them all right this second but pick 1 or 2 laters and do them now! You'll thank yourself for making progress and you'll feel lighter.
This morning instead of hopping on Skool first thing I did a couple Bible studies and prayer, then I finally got around to calling the dentist to get my annual cleaning moved to a better day and time for me, I booked my haircut for next weekend, and I booked my optometrist appointment for over spring break.
I couldn't believe how much mental weight came off! I felt so much clearer today, I showed up so much better in my classes and even here in my communities.
