Are you playing around or intentionally leveraging AI?
After a personal conviction I’ve been off AI (except for those I can’t get around) for a few months. Well I recently had a chance to sit with a PhD in Data Science an expert in large language models and AI. I was able to see more clearly how I was mishandling AI previously.
With a newfound understanding of how to engage with these systems I will dip my toes back into using them. I put the instructions Dan Martell suggested in this video and it totally changed my interaction. It went from fluffy and affirming to ruthless and demanding.
However uncomfortable it was, I had to face some hard truths and was forced to see the gaps in my ideas and planning. So, if you are using AI to help you in your business planning and execution I hope this set of backend system instructions may help you.
