THURSDAY TRAINING
AFTERNOON team.
Here is a bit of training for you all to do at home today.
3 x 3 minute rounds of shadow boxing
3 x 3 minute rounds skipping
3 x 10 boxers push ups (Tight elbows)
45 up and down sit ups with high hands
50 side to sides.
