Hey producers - I've primarily been doing instrumental cues and have a couple of structures that work well in terms of the publishers I work with. (Thanks @Gilde Flores!) I'm starting to do more songs (vocals/raps) and wondering if there are structures you all try and follow from a sync perspective. Obviously we're trying to hit the hook right off the bat, but I'm wondering how you structure your verses and additional choruses. I tend to work well from templates for my cues so would love hearing from you guys what seems to work best for the songs you've gotten placed. Thanks in advance!

What are you all using for horn sections - like Tower of Power type funk/soul sections. I’ve been using NI Session Horns pro and sometimes track the instruments separately (trumpets, sexes, trombones). But wondering if any of you have found a realistic VST out there?

After a quick google search, I have come to the conclusion I have no idea what I need and what will work. What is a solid but affordable brand that I should go with?

So i have had the Rokit5 Version 1 since 2015! Maybe time for an upgrade lol. To me they still sound great. A little heavier on bass,because i believe they were orginally deisgned and marketed towards hip hop and edm producers. I have heard great things about Adam audio,Yamaha HS series,Focal and a few others. So im curious to hear what monitors everyone is using and why.
