Hey everyone! 👋

I'm Ella May and my partner is Loz. We're based in Bristol and really excited to be part of the group!

We both currently run our own busy businesses. I'm a semi-permanent makeup artist and trainer, and Loz runs his own carpentry business and has been in the trade for nearly 20 years.

Our property journey started around 5 years ago when we renovated our own home, which definitely gave us the property bug! 😂

Last year, we finally took the plunge and invested in our first property using the BRRR strategy and we're now working on our second renovation, which we're hoping to get on the market by the end of this year or early next.

Although we both love what we do, we're keen to explore other ways of generating income and building something alongside our existing businesses, with the long-term goal of having a little more freedom and flexibility.

We've actually been following James for years, and Loz even completed one of his very first courses back when he started out! So when we came across this membership, it felt like the perfect time to get involved.

We're really looking forward to learning more about deal sourcing, connecting with like-minded people and seeing where this next chapter takes us!
