#ShowOffSaturday is back. Spring Break edition. I'm writing you all from Jamaica. It's interesting how travel opens up and expands your imagination.
So this week, we're going deeper.
Last week, I talked about personal agency, your capacity to act intentionally and author your own story.
This week, I want to talk about what gets in the way of it: the perfectionism tax.
You know the one. The "I'll share when it's ready." The "I'm not far enough along yet." The "what if they judge my process and don't think this is good?"
Here's what I know to be true: the people who build the most in public aren't the most confident, they're the most committed to learning out loud.
And in a moment where AI is moving faster than any of us can keep up with, documenting your messy middle IS the work.
So this Saturday, we're not waiting for a finished product. We're celebrating the receipt of showing up.
