🚦 Weekend Intensive: From Gantt schedules to Time–Location (TILOS)
If you are an experienced planner using Primavera P6 or MS Project, and you’ve been seeing Time–Location diagrams (TILOS / Line of Balance) but never really felt confident using or analysing them — this is for you.

This weekend intensive is designed for planners who:

āœ” receive contractors’ Time–Location layouts
āœ” need to analyse production rates and continuity
āœ” or need to transform a P6 / MS Project schedule into TILOS

• How to READ Time–Location diagrams properly
• How to analyse contractors’ layouts (rates, clashes, continuity)
• How to convert a traditional CPM schedule into a TILOS layout
• How to think in location-based planning (not just tasks)
