If you are an experienced planner using Primavera P6 or MS Project, and youāve been seeing TimeāLocation diagrams (TILOS / Line of Balance) but never really felt confident using or analysing them ā this is for you.

ā¢ How to convert a traditional CPM schedule into a TILOS layout
ā¢ How to think in location-based planning (not just tasks)
