This community exists to support high-achieving women who are ready to lead with intention, increase their visibility, and grow into the next version of themselves. This is not about collecting information. It is about reflection, action, and meaningful progress.
Start by setting up your profile with a photo and a short introduction. Then visit the "Classroom" and begin with the Reflection exercise.
We meet weekly. You can download the invitations for our scheduled sessions from the "Calendar "section. Please add them to your diary so you protect that time for yourself.
All communication takes place here on the platform. You can post in the "Community" section if you have a question or want to share a win, or send me a private message directly through my profile if something feels more personal.
Aim to complete one exercise every 1–2 weeks. This is not a race. Take your time and be honest with yourself.
