Boundaries aren’t walls to keep people out—they’re the line in the sand you refuse to let anyone cross. 🧱🔥🖕
Let’s get something straight: boundaries aren’t optional. They’re survival.
If you don’t protect your peace, people will steamroll right over you like you’re a welcome mat. Family, friends, coworkers, lovers—they all want a piece, and if you don’t say “hell no” loud enough, they’ll take the whole damn thing.
Setting boundaries doesn’t make you mean or difficult. It makes you human. It means you respect yourself enough to say, “This far, no further.” And anyone who can’t handle that? They’re not your people.
So yeah, put your foot down. Draw your line. And don’t apologize for making your space sacred.
Need a daily kick in the ass to hold your ground? You’re in the right spot.
