U.S. Senate Has Introduced Two New Bills Regarding AI TECH
Just yesterday the U.S. Senate has two new proposed bills that will shape the future of Artificial Intelligence In the USA:
1) The 1st Mandates Disclosures Of Government US of AI, and creates an appeal system.
2) The 2nd Would Measure U.S. competitive development of several tech sectors including but not limited to Artificial Intelligence and Semiconductors.
What do you guys think? Are these smart steps or a moral slide into 1984???
