Store Evaluation by eBay
I signed up for a store evaluation by eBay. This took place a couple of weeks ago. I will share the results in some posts here. This will be done in a series of 6 posts following this one.
You can follow the advice if you wish. For me and my son (who also runs an eBay operation) we have implemented these changes and the results have been immediate. I am seeing serious double digit increases in organic impressions, views and sales. My son is seeing triple and quadruple digit results.
The areas of improvement discussed were:
- Free shipping
- Returns
- Images
- Buyer groups
- Taking down and relisting items
- Social media
