We all made mistakes as rookies, right? What are some of your worst buys? What did your store start out as before you picked a category? And what did you do with those older items once they sat for a long time?
At the start of my eBay journey, I mostly listed things around the house…kids clothes and toys, books, curriculum. And then once I started buying inventory I was all over the place, I even started buying antique silverware for a while. Now that I’ve narrowed down my focus to clothing only, I’m curious what to do with the rest of it? Let it all go? Rework the good stuff and donate the rest? What did you all do?
I cleared out anything that doesn’t align with my current store theme
I still have some random things floating around
I kept a few valuable things with great STR and donated the junk
