Returns/false INAD
This is my first time dealing with this so I need some help please. I sold a pair of men’s cargo shorts that have factory distress at the hem. He returned them and his reason was “item defective”. When I click on “refund buyer” it automatically adds the shipping but I think I don’t have to refund the shipping? If I click on “report problem” what do I need to do?
