No Habla Español? No Problem.
I was noticing a big language barrier between myself and the vendors at the flea market. I don’t speak Spanish and they cannot understand my Redneck. I needed to fix this problem in order to grow our relationships.
So, I typed my message into Google Sheets and had Google Translate type it to Spanish. I printed multiple copies and took it with me sourcing.
Whenever I ran across a Spanish speaking vendor I would bring out this sheet. It made a tremendous difference. I have already had a call from one of these vendors.
Such an easy thing that really made a difference.
