New eBay Item Conditions Are Activated
eBay has launched the update to Item Conditions. You must now re-work your clothing items to meet the new categories.
eBay has defaulted all of your clothing items to Pre-owned - Good. You must change the item to either Pre-owned Excellent, Pre-owned Fair, New with imperfections or leave it as Pre-owned Good.
You can do this one at a time or use the mass edit tool to do items in groups of 200 items.
Understand, this is not optional. You must perform this update to your items in order for them to appear correctly in searches. Eventually, buyers will have left-hand navigation tools to allow them to sort items to eliminate certain conditions. If your items are not properly categorized you will miss out on sales.
