Has anyone else been having trouble...
Has anyone else been having trouble with items being purchased in US territories, and the items not making it there on time? I have recently had a surge in this taking place, and I think it is the new scam of the month. They order the item knowing that the USPS will never get it to them on time. they file a claim as soon as the item is eligible to request a refund for item not delivered. They know it will end up getting delivered and eBay will do nothing about it. USPS, won't reimburse you because it does eventually deliver, and they will say it isn't truly late until 40 days.
