Commerce Conundrum
The good news is all 4 bottles of supplements I listed months ago have sold. However, when I listed these items, I'd set the package dimensions to fit an 12x8x2 envelope or poly mailer. That would've been fine for 1 bottle at a time. Since the customer has ordered all 4, I'd like to send them all in a single box which, although small, would have quite different dimensions of 8x 6.5x 6.5
The twist is, I ran the box through Pirate Ship & got a shipping price of $7.47. But eBay is giving me a shipping price of $6.73 based on the original measurements.
My question is, should I use the eBay shipping based on the original measurements or the Pirate Ship shipping based on the box measurements?
Naturally, I'm inclined to use the cheaper rate but don't want to get a negative ding on eBay for something minor if it can be avoided.
