If you have a store you should create buyer groups of previous buyers and then market to those groups via coupons and newsletters. This should be done at least monthly but can be done every 14 days.
Create sales events for these groups. This can be based on previous orders and very targeted.
Create consistent repeat buyers by marketing directly to them. You have already secured them as a customer. Now secure them as a repeat buyer.
