Helpful Resource for Team Alignment:
The C.H.A.R.T. Framework is something I created and use to help when a team is not aligned, aka- → Missed deadlines. → Confusion over roles. → Frequent conflicts. C - Clear Goals: Set clear goals to align everyone's efforts. H - Hold Check-Ins: Schedule regular check-ins to keep communication open. A - Assign Roles: Define roles so each team member knows their part. R - Reinforce Collaboration: Encourage collaboration to build a cohesive unit. T - Timely Feedback: Provide feedback to guide and improve performance. Address these issues promptly- alignment is key to your team's success!

Here's my Miro Idea Funnel board to manage and execute on ideas individually and as teams
I use this to visualize, organize and manage all my top ideas, opportunity and challenge signals for projects. Its a framework that orgajizes the feedback loop and creative process to go from solid observation capture, to framing the concepts, measuring its potential impact and effort, prioritizing a back log for work to do that supports your larger product or business strategy. And hands off top picks to an LDJ session to collaborate with team further and execute I hope some of you get value out of using this and modeling after it for the work you do on an individual level to organize your creative process and workshop yourself. As well as with your clients I'd would love your feedback on anything you like most or think could make it even bettet. About the Board - It’s a blend of an agile PM, VOC feedback loop process that feeds back into larger product strategy and a blend of Design Thinking workshop exercises like the Concept card and LDJ - You can check out the board here Idea Funnel Board - I created this about 5 years back once I realized: "you must workshop yourself well before workshopping with others" - When and How I use it - when managing my own efforts - + a team version when working with teams on projects - Insight that indicates this MIRO Idea Funnel Board “has  legs” to resonate well with many of our core audiences - Originally I thought maybe I just  this board because it's "my baby" and supports how my brain works - After sharing this board  with over 15 alumni and old co-workers. I’ve confirmed it's pretty universally loved with AMAZING reactions

This is a solid example of where AI can crank out garbage vs more valuable outputs. In the case digital ad copy and visuals when quality prompts and industry frameworks are provided to generate the assets vs what it creations without that battle tested and proven direction. Garbage in garbage out. Gold in, gold out. Think of AI as your assistant and yourself as learning to be the best director you can be Sharing to empower all of you in roles where creative asset creation is a part of your teams work and for all you freelancers struggling with creating the best content you can with limited, experience, time and resources! https://www.linkedin.com/posts/chat-gpt-central_the-ultimare-ai-copywriting-battle-audrey-activity-7166220045214330880-NFFL?utm_source=share&utm_medium=member_android

3 Part L&L Lunch & Learn series with slide decks that you can model after
3 Part L&L series with slide decks that you can model after. I leveraged this to help build the design thinking and workshop muscle of my former product innovation team and get them energized for the power of workshop facilitation that leverages a string DT/ innovation framework. Each session was 1 hour long Here are the decks if you'd like to model after these and get an innovation series going within your department or company 1. L&L 1 Designing Conversations 2. L&L 2 Ideas to Alignment 3. L&L 3 Lightening Demos and Mapping Concepts

Productize Services – business model and MVP inspiration
I heard about DesignJoy on Twitter a couple of years ago. I really like how he has productized an otherwise hourly rate type of business. And I particularly like his approach to not spending much time on each launch, just get an MVP out the door as fast as possible.
