I just started wearing my Samsung Galaxy Watch to bed to track my sleep, and Iβm hooked.
The app gives me a little animated blob whoβs happy when I sleep well and sad when I donβt. It sounds silly, but that tiny blob has actually motivated me to take better care of my sleep.
It also gave me a βsleep animal typeβ apparently, Iβm a penguin π§. I thought my sleep was bad, but it turns out most people in my age group are actually doing worse (thanks, Samsung Health studies). So maybe my penguinβs not doing too bad after all. π€
Itβs a good reminder that the right tools can make healthy habits feel fun instead of forced.
