Pay rates vary depending on the client program you choose through the Arise platform. Each
client offers a different pay rate and schedule structure based on call type, performance, and
program complexity.
Below is a general pay guideline for commonly available client programs:

You will receive a separate email with pay registration instructions once you have
selected your client program.
Each program may have different incentive pay opportunities based on performance
metrics (attendance, call quality, and adherence).
Job availability is based on assessment results and eligibility requirements —
programs vary from person to person.●
Some clients may require additional certification or training, which will be detailed
before enrollment.
💼 Example
If an agent qualifies for the Dick’s Sporting Goods program after completing assessments and
training, they will earn $16/hour, paid on the 11th and 25th of each month.
Another agent placed with Fiserv may earn $19/hour, depending on the role assigned.
