Hi Mr. Albreto, please help me provide information regarding the roles and organizational structure of the team (e.g., division of tasks, authority, and who is responsible for each type of incident or each stage).
This information will be used for analysis, specifically to detect any discrepancies between the resolvers recorded in the event log and the resolvers that should be in accordance with their roles and responsibilities.
