Text Bot to Set Up Call

Has anyone set up a bot so that instead of booking an appointment directly it books a call? Our current system is that our agents text just enough to get on a call with the lead, where they build a connection and then book the consultation and get a card on file.

While I'd like to eventually test just booking via text, I'd first like to just replace the texting part of the process and keep everything else the same. Has anyone done something like this?
