Bulk Listing Software is LIVE!!
Hey guys, After a long time in development, we've launched a tool that fully automates the listing process on Etsy & Shopify :D This is a huge step towards making an Etsy store both easier and more accessible to start. Over the past 2 years we've printed over 150,000 posters, and every single one of them was listed to Etsy manually. So while this tool isn't required to build a successful Etsy shop, it really will help. This is because a successful Etsy store comes down to two things: 1. Creating high quality posters that deserve to be framed in someone's home 2. Listing high quality products at scale This software takes the listing off your plate, so you can focus on what matters - creating high quality products :) If you have any product feedback, or bugs please email us on hey@printshrimp.com Max & Tom

PrintShrimp FAQs - Please Read!
Hey guys, Thought it might be useful to have a big old list of our FAQs. Please take a read through this and familiarise yourself with how we operate! How do I place my orders? Placing your orders is very simple with PrintShrimp. Unlike other platforms, we allow to create your products on your marketplace of choice, and then come to PrintShrimp for fulfillment. You can manually place orders, by filling in your customers address and uploading your print file. We also offer Etsy integration, allowing you to fulfill your orders with the click of a button. Head to the integration tab, connect your Etsy shop, and then click 'Import Orders' in your create order tab. We let you have the final say before fulfilling your order, so your shop is in your hands. When and how are my orders sent? Due to our extensive network of printers, it depends on the country of fulfilment. In the UK, we typically use Royal Mail 48. We use USPS Standard shipping in the USA, and AusPost Standard shipping in Australia. We print our orders on working days, but feel free to place your orders like normal on the weekends and they will be picked up and processed first thing on Monday. Our processing times vary from same day in the UK, to 2-3 days in other parts of the world. Please view of all of our processing and delivery times here. When can I expect to receive tracking numbers? You can normally expect your UK tracking numbers to become available at the end of the working day. In countries such as the US and also the EU, tracking is automatically added as soon as your order is shipped. You can see expected processing times, and therefore when you can expect your tracking, on our price table here. Please be aware that our locations open and operate in accordance with their respective time zones, and working days. The earlier in a day your order is placed, the faster we can get that order into production. Orders placed later in the day may not enter production until the next working day, due to when courier collections take place.

Bulk listing tool credits - How do they work?
Hi. I absolutely love the bulk listing tool, it saves so much time and energy. I have been using it for two weeks. I purchased the plan that gives me 150 credits. I've uploaded 69 images so far to Etsy plus I have 2 still waiting in drafts to be generated plus I know I've deleted a few during the last 2 weeks (not sure how many). It says I have 12 credits left of 150 🤪 I'm not sure how the credits work. Is it more than one credit to upload files/generate/view/load to Etsy? I just want to understand how it works. Thanks in advance! BTW: It would be a great addition to be able to buy an extra100 credits rather than moving up to the next level (just a thought) it's something you can do on Kittl which I've used recently. Thanks in advance for any feedback /info.
Resizing images when you get a sale
Hi all. I've not had a sale yet but recently started using Kittl AI to generate my designs which is so much quicker than making a design from the elements available in Canva (and limiting what I could produce). So my question is this: when you get a different size order that is not an A size, how do you resize your designs? Do you get AI to copy again in the correct size measurements (I'm worried it will not copy it exactly) or do you load to canva and resize this way, but as there are no elements to move around, will it stretch or cut off some of the image! I'm probably overthinking this but wanted to find out how everyone else handles this resizing. Thanks in advance for any advice!
