Delivery Enquiry

I had someone order a print on 11th May, she’s the first order I’ve placed that hasn’t had tracking added on to an order so I can’t see where it is in delivery. It should’ve been delivered a while ago but Etsy still says it’s “pre transit” the customer hasn’t contacted me questioning anything so I’m wondering if it has actually been delivered or not. Why is this and what can I do?
